Lac Du Bonnet: Descent walleye action by trolling lindy rigs or bottom bouncers and spinners, tipped with leaches or worms.

Point du Bois: : If you are going to try to land a sturgeon now is a good time, bait up with worms and minnows. Head farther north and you can get into some really good walleye, jigs and worms.

Reynolds Ponds: The ponds are giving some descent action right now. A bobber and worm on a small hook will land you a few trout. Be sure to stop by Mannys Live Bait - it is on the way (Hwy 1) he always has some great bait and some friendly advise, he knows what ponds are hot, just ask him when you are there.

Red River: The catfish action is starting to pick up a little. Normally the catfish fishing is really good at this time of the year, hopefully things pick up soon, things are getting better, but not what should be at - yet.
