I got mine about 3 years ago, not hard to get. Will it make our waters safe? I doubt it!

Got the first year it came out. Having been spot checked several times by varying agencies, I have yet been ask to produce it and doubt they will ever asked for it much les enforce non-compliance. This mandatory requirement has all the earmarks of yet another toothless federal legislation aimed at releaving honest sportsmen of their money. It does absolutely nothing to promote the safe operation of small vessels and our waterways.[b]

its a joke, got mine in '03 when they started talking about it, challanged it for free at the car show and got 96%, pretty sad as i had more then a few pops and it was so easy but lots of irrelevent questions for around here.

helped my dad get one online a few weeks ago, once again it was a total joke, not going to help anything out there, just a money grab!
